EXECUTIVE PRODUCER ALEX PATRICK JOINS CAMERON PICTURES

Toronto – June 21, 2019 – Cameron Pictures Inc. announced today the appointment of Alex Patrick to the role of Executive Producer with a focus on strategic planning. The announcement was made by the production company’s co-founders, Tassie Cameron and Amy Cameron.

Patrick will also lead legal and business affairs while providing strategic advice on the company’s quickly expanding output. In the three years since its inception, Cameron Pictures has produced two seasons of the critically acclaimed CBC original comedy LITTLE DOG and three seasons of the award-winning MARY KILLS PEOPLE (Global/Lifetime) and has a number of other projects in active development.

Patrick comes to Cameron Pictures after eight years at Take the Shot Productions. His executive producer credits include three seasons of the award-winning Netflix/Discovery Canada drama FRONTIER starring Jason Momoa, as well as the critically acclaimed CBC series CAUGHT and LITTLE DOG. He’s a member of the Law Society of Ontario and his previous work experience includes articling at a major Toronto law firm and interning at the Clinton Foundation in New York. Patrick graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Studies and History and a Juris Doctor (Law) degree.
